Sandcastle Properties Vacation Rentals

The Sandcastle amenities include; presto log only fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, all linens, Cable TV, DVD/VCR/CD player, charcoal BBQ and patio furniture to enjoy chilling and grilling. The Sandcastle comfortably sleeps 8 adults.

Rates

• Off-Season rates are $200.00 per night, 2 night minimum
• $245.00 per night Memorial Day to September 30th
• $1715.00 per week per week July to Labor Day
• $85.00 cleaning fee
• $200.00 refundable security deposit.
• 8% hotel/motel tax.
• Rates subject to change without notice.

Sandcastle Rental Policies

Guest check-in time is 4 PM, check out is 11 AM.

A $200 refundable security deposit will reserve your stay at the Sandcastle. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to your arrival.

Guests can park up to 2 vehicles at the Sandcastle.

Cancellations

If a cancellation notice is given 60-90 days in advance of your stay, we’ll refund 50% of the deposit. Less than 60 days notice, the security deposit is non-refundable.

	Security Deposit The security deposit will be released within 2 weeks following your departure, providing there has been no damage to the home. If pets or evidence of smoking are noted, THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Your name will also be removed from our return rental list.
